2. Project operation

a. The customer needs and market information collection, analysis, feedback and tracking, to dig and capture market opportunities.

b. Project planning and promoting;

c. Work with project team members, promote the project progress; According to the project, coordinate internal support resources;

d. Responsible for organize and arrange sales contract bidding, a signed and executed, cash collection process;

3. Brand promotion

a. The organization planning and brand promotion activities, improve the company brand visibility and reputation

b. Expand the sales network, within their jurisdiction areas in familiar with the market characteristics and marketing characteristics of the region, with customers to establish long-term, stable relations of cooperation, and constantly expand the company brand influence;

4. Market control

a. Understand competitors’ sales activities and status.

b. Identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities, develop new markets.

• Execute communication plans relating to corporate communication and product communication to different target consumers with focusing on contents marketing;
• Execute activity plans to enhance corporate image and reputation via multi communication and PR activities on social media, mass media, and direct communication (event, workshop, seminar, etc.) to different targets of consumers and stakeholders;
• Build up and maintain good relations with journalists and press agencies nationwide to make them understand well about Company activities/ products and support Company’s business;
• Collaborate with other groups of PR Dept. and other Depts. Such as Sales and Marketing to conduct campaigns/ projects to support for business development.

• Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý các hoạt động kênh hệ thống MT: siêu thị, nhà thuốc do công ty phân bổ.
• Thực hiện chỉ tiêu về doanh thu/ khách hàng được giao hàng tháng/ quý/ năm
• Chăm sóc khách hàng hiện có. Xây dựng, duy trì và phát triển các mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng. Chịu trách nhiệm giải quyết những mâu thuẫn với Siêu Thị nếu có.
• Tìm kiếm khách hàng thuộc kênh MT
• Cập nhật thường xuyên thông tin thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh
• Lập kế hoạch và Báo cáo kênh bán hàng phụ trách theo quy định của công ty
• Cập nhật thường xuyên danh mục và thông tin sản phẩm mới đến khách hàng kênh MT
• Lên kế hoạch và triển khai các chương trình thúc đẩy bán hàng: khuyến mãi, hoạt náo đảm bảo các chỉ tiêu đề ra.
• Đảm bảo hàng hóa phải được trưng bày đầu đủ và đẹp mắt tại Siêu Thị.
• Phối hợp, hỗ trợ bộ phận Marketing trong các chương trình trưng bày, họat náo.
• Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý công nợ của khách hàng kênh MT
• Theo dõi, phân tích tình hình trao đổi với cấp Quản lý để tối ưu hóa lợi ích Công ty với các đối tác kênh MT
• Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của người quản lý
